Which Plan Is Right for You?

Personalized Planning That Evolves With You — Because Your Family Deserves More Than Just Documents

At AMO LAW, estate planning isn’t a one-size-fits-all checklist. Every family is unique — your values, your hopes, and your “what ifs” deserve a plan that reflects you. That’s why we offer 3 levels of planning designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re just starting out, growing your wealth, or looking to protect everything you’ve worked so hard for, we’ll help you create the right plan for your family’s needs today and tomorrow.

A Process That Puts You In Control

When we meet for your Life & Legacy Planning Session, we’ll walk you through each of the planning levels, explain the differences in plain language, and help you understand exactly what’s possible for your family.
You’ll have the information, guidance, and clarity to choose the level of protection and support that feels right for you — based on your family’s needs, your priorities, and your budget.

We’ve designed our planning at the intersection of effectiveness and affordability, with options to discuss your goals and budget. What matters most is helping your family plan for the guidance and support they may need if something ever happens to you.

We don’t believe in cheap documents that create false peace of mind. If all you want are fill-in-the-blank documents, you can easily do that online. What we offer is something much more valuable:

Planning That Grows With You

Life changes, and an estate plan may need review over time. Each estate plan includes a complimentary three-year check-in review (full plan review normally $997) to discuss whether the plan reflects your current circumstances.

Members may be eligible for client pricing on future updates. Ongoing review can help identify when a plan may need changes as circumstances evolve. The scope and cost of updates depend on the work involved.

Our After Loss Support program offers families guidance on possible next steps after a loss. The support available depends on the circumstances and the services selected.

The Plan Is Just the Beginning — We’re Here for What Comes Next

With an optional FamilyCare Membership, you can receive ongoing contact after your plan is signed. Services and availability depend on the membership selected.

We offer multiple levels of membership, so you can choose the right fit for your family’s needs and stage of life.
Membership includes:

A plan that can be reviewed as circumstances change. Contact us to learn about available services and membership options.
